Order Cancellation
Before Production: Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, the customization process begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for any orders due to the customized nature of our products.
Replacements Only: In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, we will replace the product free of charge.
